Hydrolyse de la phosphorylcholine en milieu acide
DOI:
https://doi.org/10.2533/chimia.1966.17Abstract
Like the hydrolysis of phosphorylethanolamine and serinephosphate, the hydrolysis of phosphorylcholine does not seem to be acid-catalyzed and proceeds mainly through the neutral species. These facts can be explained by the presence of the positive charge of choline. The hydrolyses in sulfuric acid media show formation of sulfurylcholine above 6 M H2SO4, the latter reaction being more important with increasing acidity.
