Neues aus der Chemie der Ozonide

Abstract

A review about some new published and unpublished results in ozonide chemistry is given. This includes the detection and properties of initial ozonides, the formation of cis-trans and endo-exo isomeric ozonides, the ozonolysis of tetramethylethylene and the preparation of 3,3-dimethyl-5,5-diphenyl-trioxolane-(1,2,4). Some applications of the Story-de-gradation of ozonides, especially such from substituted cyclobutenes are mentioned.
