Feste Korrosionsprodukte als permeationsselektive Membranen

Abstract

Inorganic membranes show a selectivity for ion permeation. The theory of selective membranes is applied to corrosion phenomena. This discussion includes the formation of instable zinchydroxidechloride in solutions containing Cl⁻ and HCO₃⁻ as well as the agglomeration of FeSO₄ in the corrosion process of iron in a SO₂ containing atmosphere.
