Abstract

In sensitized electrophotographic layers, excellent charge transport properties are exhibited by 2-(p-aminophenyl)indazoles (1). Corresponding 2-aminoindazoles (2) are ineffective. – Conclusions as to charge transport efficiency, which is effected via radical cations, are drawn from the oxidation potentials of the indazoles.
