Abstract

Te(NSO)2 is formed in good yields from [t-C4H9(CH3)2Si]2Te and ClNSO dissolved in dichloromethane. Structural, spektroscopic, and physical data for the new tellurium «parahalide» are presented. It is isomorphous with Se(NSO)2.
