On Monday, November 6, 2006, the rector Prof. Dr. K. Osterwalder presented the Prelog Medal 2006 to Prof. Dr. Manfred T. Reetz, Max-Planck-Institut für Kohleforschung, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. The title of the lecture that followed was 'Evolution in the Test-Tube as a Means to Create Selective Biocatalysts'.
