Die Herstellung und Identifizierung von Hydroxylapatiten mit ähnlichen Dimensionen wie diejenigen des Knochens

Abstract

The methods of preparation of hydroxyapatites and other orthophosphates of calcium of which the crystals have similar dimensions as those of bones are described. The crystal structure was checked by X-ray diffraction. The dimensions of the microcrystals were obtained by X-ray diffraction and electronic microscope. The chemical nature of the preparations was determinated by chemical analysis and thermogravimetry.

Résumé

Les méthodes de préparation d’hydroxylapatites et autres orthophosphates calciques dont les microcristaux ont des dimensions voisines de celles de l’os sont décrites. Par la diffraction aux rayons X, la structure cristalline a été vérifiée ; les dimensions des microcristaux ont été obtenues par diffraction aux rayons X et par le microscope électronique. La nature chimique des préparations a été déterminée par analyse chimique et thermogravimétrie.
