Abstract

Thin polycristalline sheets of pure silver bromide have been developed indirectly at the contact of a platinum wire connecting the crystal with a photographic developer.
From measures of the current it is possible to obtain certain informations about the mechanism of development of these cristalline sheets. The current is determined by the number of bromide ions leaving the crystal to pass into solution.
