Abstract

The effect of mechanical stirring on the BrO3-/Ce4+/malonic acid, BrO3-/Ce4+/cyclohexanon and BrO3-/Ce4+/cyclopentanon have been investigated.
The rate of stirring affects the oscillating behaviour of these 3 systems and eventually suppresses the oscillations.
