Über die Struktur der Pyrimido(1,2-b)pyridazinone

Abstract

Condensation of 3-aminopyridazine with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds to pyrimido (1,2-b)pyridazinones is described. The structure of these bicyclic products as well as the one of pyrido (1,2-a)pyrimidines is discussed and evidence from NMR spectra for their structure is presented especially on the basis of π-bond order and coupling constants correlation.
