On-Line-Computer-Betriebssystem für ein niederauflösendes Massenspektrometer

Abstract

An on-line-computer-system for the data-acquisition and the analysis of a low-resolution mass-spectrum is described. It is possible to record the spectrum pointwise or calculate the mass peaks (time and intensity) in real-time, to do the mass assignment, to standardize the peak intensities and to calculate mean values and errors of intensities in different mass recordings. This is accomplished by a small computer with only 8k-core-memory and no bulk-storage device.
