Abstract

The influence of various parameters on the response of ion-selective electrode was investigated by making a comparative study of the three methods namely the direct potentiometry, linear null point potentiometry and the addition technique. Of particular interest is the influence of the degree of complexation and the ionic strengh. The error caused by the latter parameter can be eliminated by modifying the addition technique.
